Harlan Ray Biggs was born in 1872 to William Biggs & Lucy (nee Goodloe) of Scotland County Missouri. In 1894 he married Cora Ellen Rugh, the daughter of Henry Rugh & Caroline (nee Terrell) of Azen. Harlan and Cora had a farm for many years that was located just to the north of Memphis Missouri.
Minnie Pearl Jones was born in 1913. She is a daughter of Gilbert B. Jones and Jessie Inez (nee Rugh), of Scotland County. In 1935 Minnie Pearl married Lester Decker and in 1994 they were known to be living in Salem Iowa.
