  • September 18, 1750 Widow and Relict Elizabeth Foster was allowed Letters of Administration on her deceased husband, Caleb Foster's Estate.  Jedediah Irish and Samuel Tefft were appointed to take inventory of Caleb Foster's Estate.   [Richmond Town Council 1:39]

  • November 5, 1750 Orphan children of Caleb Foster appeared: Lydia Foster and Mary Foster and they chose their mother, Elizabeth Foster as their guardian.  Judiah Irish appeared and was appointed guardian to Caleb Foster and Dorcas Foster, children of Caleb Foster deceased.   [Richmond Town Council 1:40]
