The Condition of this Obligation is such that if ELIZABETH OXLADE wife of the above bounden THOMAS OXLADE (- - - - - ) her lawful daughter (of her prior marriage to Unknown WARE?) Administrator of all and singular the goods ( debts) and Credits of ELIZABETH OXLADE late of Great Marlow in the County of Bucks Widow Deceased (Intestate) doo make or cause to make a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods chattells and credits of the said ELIZABETH OXLADE or into the hands and possession of any person or persons for her and the same doo make doo exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the (Arch ) of Bucks at or before the last Day of November next ensuingAnd the same goods chattells and credits and all other the goods chattells and credits of the said Deceased at the time of her death which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said ELIZABETH OXLADE or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for her Doo well and truly Administer according to law And further doo make or cause to be made a true and (- - -) accompt of (- - - -) (- - - -) at or before ye last day of(October) 1728 and all the rest and residue of the said goods chattells and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said Administrators accompt the same being first first examined and allowed of by the Judge or Judges for the time being of the said(Admt) shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively s the said Judge or Judges by his or their Decree or Sentence psuant to the true intent and meaning of a late Act of Parliament made in the two and twentieth and three and twentieth years of the reigne of our Late Soveraigne Ld King Charles the second (Instituted An Act for the better settling of Intestates(Estates) shall limit and appoint And if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said Deceased and the Executor or Executors therein named doo exhibit the same into the said Court making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly if the said ELIZABETH OXLADE above bounden being thereunto required doo (- - -der)and deliver the said (Dues) od Admon (approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the said CourtThen this Obligation to be void and of none effect or effects remain in full force and virtue.

d Deceased at the time of her Death which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said Thomas Ffellows ---- or into the hands and possion of any other person or persons for him do well and truly administer according to law And further doo make or cause to be made a true and pft acompt of his sd Admn at or before ye last Day of January Ano Dmi (1728/9) and all the rest and residue of the said goods chattells and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said Administrators acompt the same being first examined and allowed of by the Judge or Judges for the time being of the said Adom shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the said Judge or Judges by his or their Decree or sentence psuant to the true intent and meaning of a late Act of Parliament made in the two and twentieth and three and twentieth years of the raigne of the Late Soveraigne Ld King Caharles the Second (Instituted An Act for the better settling of Intestates (Estates) shall limitt and appoint And if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said Deceased and the Executor or Executors therein named doo exhibit the same into the said Adom making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly if the said Thomas Ffellows above bounden being then overturned --- doo surrender and deliver the said (-ues)of Adom (approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the said Adom Then this Obligation to be void and of no effect or effects remain in full force and virtue
