Richard Corby or Oxley and Nathanial Anstey Liberate THIS INDENTURE made the tenth ------ Day of August in the thirtyth year of the reign of our most gracious Souvaign & Lord King Charles the second Witnesseth that John Turnor William Elhote Jnr George Bradshaw and Richard Turnor Overseers for the Poore of greate Marlow in the County of Buck & (Eliheno Sslohzen) & Robert Oxlade Church Wardens of the same towne by and with the of Sir Humphrey W---e Bart. & Martin Llewlyn Dro: in ye of Eio- Ma Hos Justices of the Peace for the said County & saw and bound Nathaniell Anstey sonne of Nathaniell Anstey being a poore friendless child an Apprentice with Richard Corbey(Oxley) of the parrish of greate Marlow husbandman as an Apprentice with him the said Richard Corby(Oxley) to dwell and serve from the Day of the Date untill he the said Nathaniell Anstey shall attain & come to the age of ffour & twenty years to the forme of the statute in that & ; By and duringe all terme the said Nathell Anstey the said Richard Corby(Oxley) as his Master well and faithfully shall serve in all such lawfull Business as the said Richard Corby(Oxley) shall putt the said Nathel Anstey and accordinge to his power and ability thus lawfully and in all things shall

behave himself towards his said Master and & all the rest of the family of the said Richard Corby(Oxley) And the said Richard Corby(Oxley) for his parte ye said Nathell Anstey in the Arte & Skill of husbandry in the best manner ye : He shall teach and informe or cause to be taught & informed and thereunto belongeth And also duringe the said terme him the said Apprentice Meate Drink Linen Wool Shoes Washing lodgings and all other thinges needfull in such an Apprentice In Witness whereof the first above named to their to putt their Hands & seales the day & yeare abovewritten
