Oxlad Susan,a poor child of the age of 8 daughter of Robert Oxlad,Labourer late of Chepping Wycombe,deceased, indentured by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor unto Richard Butler,Carpenter of the same Burrougheand his wife Katherine to learn the art of making/malting ....... and other works of (housewifery) until the age of one and twenty years or time of her marriage.29 Jan 1626

Oxlade John,a poor child of the Parish of Chesham,indentured by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor unto Rebecca (Gate) widow for the terme of three years to learn the Art of Husbandry.29 Sep 1702.

















Oxlade Robert,a poor child of the Parish of Great Marlow,indentured by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor unto John (Norkett) to learn the Art of a Cordwainer.3 Dec 1711.

Oxlade Robert,a poor child of the Parish of West Wycombe, indentured by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor unto William Bradford,Blacksmith for seven years to learn the Art or Trade of a Blacksmith. 1 Nov 1731

Oxlade Jane,a poor child of the Parish of West Wycombe, indentured by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor unto Henry Shank,Taylor, for seven years to learn the Art of a Housewife.20 April 1732.

Robert and Jane were the children of Daniel Oxlade,farmer of Plomer Hill Farm and grandchildren of Thomas Oxlade(abt.1644 - 1706/7) yeoman of West Wycombe.They appear to be connected through marriage to Henry Shank and two of the Overseers of the Poor.

Oxley Henry,a poor child of the Parish of Stoney Stratford,Westside,indentured by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor unto William Ratledge,Brickmaker,of Heather Coal in the Parish of Cantspury,in the County of Northants,until the age of twenty-four years to learn the Art of Brickmaker,Tylemaker and Lime Burner.15 Mar 1736/7
