Bohola is a village of 500 people and it
is not found on most maps of Ireland.
The town is located five miles southwest of
Swinford and ten miles northeast of Castlebar,
the county seat.
Bohola is bisected by the N5 Dublin Road that
runs from Westport through Swinford and on to
Dublin. You will see the N5 on all maps.
