Richard Hovenden of Ballylehane grants to Hugh Dempsey of Carlow, Coal Merchant, an annuity of £15 out of Ballybegg for 31 years.

William Brennan of Ballickmoyler.
Tobias Moore of Carlow.
John Butler of Dublin.

Richard Hovenden of Ballylehane, Lesser, leases to Hugh Dempsey of Carlow, Coal Merchant, 71 acres of Ballybegg for 31 years at £15 a year.
