Purchasers to pay 5 per cent.
Auction Fees.
Terms:- The usual Commission of
Five percent, and each Letting to be secured by
a Bill payable, fee of Interest to the
Purchaser, on or before the 1st day
of November, 1900.
Permission will be given to
Meadow portions of some of the divisions, but
same must be consumed on Mr. Cooper’s Lands.
Most of the Lettings will date
from the 1st of March, 1900 to the 1st
February following. The dates of other Lettings
to be mentioned at Sale.
The above Lands need no words
from me to testify to their rich qualities, as
they are widely known as about the best Feeding
Lands in Leinster.
The necessary Herding and Fencing
will be done, but no responsibility for losses
or accidents.
Sale will commence at Eleven
o’Clock sharp, at the
