Chocolate Fudge Frosting

1 1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1 Tablespoon
1 tsp.
2 Tablespoon
1/4 tsp.
1 tablespoon
Chocolate 2 oz
Sugar
Water
Butter
Vanilla
Thick Cream
Cream of tarter
Corn Syrup

Combine sugar, water, Chocolate, butter, cream of tartar.  Stir and mix completely; place over fire and without stirring.  Cook to soft ball stage.  Remove from fire let stand until cool (milk warm) add vanilla and beat until thick enough to hold shape.  Then slightly with heavy cream so that it will be of the right consistency to spread two layers.
