1. Peel Potatoes and Slice.

2. Grease Casserole Dish

3. Put in a layer of potatoes

4. Sprinkle 2 tbs. flour over potatoes.

5. put several daubs of butter on top of this.

6. Repeat 3-4-5

7. Pour milk around top so that you can just see it.

Bake 375 50 minutes.
