Creamed Raisins
Ollie Addie Crawford Walker

Cook 1 lb raisins slow for 30 min.  Have at least 1 cup water after cooked.

1 cup canned milk.

mix 2 tbs. flour in milk stir into boiling raisins.

Cook until smooth and if it is not thick enough add a little flour and a little rum.

Serve over hot Ginger Bread
