young girls. We would go for rides in the car with Mom and Dad. Mom
would take a jar of this relish. We would stop at a market and they
would buy a loaf of bread, Bologna and cheese and Royal Crown Cola.
That would be our picnic."

Chopped tomatoes after pealing
chopped onions
green pepper
red pepper
ginger
cinnamon
mustard
nutmeg grated
hot pepper
white sugar |
Cook together 2 hours
Add 2 cups vinegar simmer 1 hour stir often or it will scorch
Pack in clean jars
process 15 min. at 5 pounds or boil 15 minutes in hot water bath |
