Death*1868 He died at Shady Dale, Jasper Co., Georgia, in 1868. 
Burial* His body was interred at Mount Calvary Methodist Church Cemetery, Jasper Co., Georgia. 
Biography* Harmon migrated during the 1820's to Jasper County, GA, and settled in the Shady Dale area. A list of students attending Shady Dale Academy in 1837 was signed by Harman H. Geiger as one of the trustees. That year, four of his children were students. He and his family were prominent members of Mt Zion, later Mt Calvary Methodist Church in the Shady Dale area where Gabriel T. Spearman preached.
