Biography* Julia Virginia Rebecca was the daughter of Elias Daniel and Nancy (Clegg) Culpepper. Julia was born and raised in Grant Co., AR. She married George C. Hall. At some point they moved to Epps, LA and this is where they were noted in the 1927 obituary of John W. C. Culpepper. Julia was approximately 60 years old when she lost her husband. She died in 1946 at the age of 71.
