He was born November 1869 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 26 May 1948 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He married FANNIE CRIDER 04 June 1892 in Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of GEORGE CRIDER and MARY FARLEY. She was born April 1868 in Kentucky, and died 20 March 1955 in Harlan County, Kentucky. Lived on Jones Creek and is buried in unmarked grave on the mountainside up behind Turners Chapel on Jones Creek in Harlan County, Kentucky.
