  In the name of God, Amen:

 I Mahala Oglesby considering the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death and being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to Preston Taylor and Celia Taylor his wife, All of my right, title and interest in to that certain tract or parcel of land on which they now live, containing four (4) acres, and which was deeded and conveyed to said Preston Taylor and Celia Taylor and myself by John Miller and Mary B Miller.

  In witness whereof, I have here set my hand and seal this 28th day of February 1893.

Oldham County Court Regular September 28th term 1914

 A writing dated the 28th, day of February 1893 purporting to be the last will and testament of Mahala Oglesby, deceased, late resident of Oldham County Kentucky, was on this day produced in court and filed and said will was proven by the sworn testimony of Mattie Robertson one or the subscribing witnesses thereto who also proved the signature and proper attestation of  S. F. Spencer the other subscribing witness to same. It is there for adjudged by the court that said writing is the last true will and testament of Mahala Oglesby and that the same be recorded as and for the last true will of said testator all of which is done accordingly.
