                                Jesse Daniel Oglesby will

  In the name of God Amen:

 I Jesse Daniel Oglesby, of near Ballardsville, Kentucky, in the County of Oldham, State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainly of this frail and transitory life, do there fore make ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

 First: I order and direct that my Executrix here in after named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

Second: After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Sallie J. Oglesby all of my property consisting of both personal and mixed except my grandfathers silver watch, which I bequeath and give J. Wood Yager.

 Lastly: I make constituted and appoint Sallie J Oglesby my wife to be Executrix with out bond of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

 In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 7th day of April 1923, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred twenty three.

 This instrument was on the day of the date thereof signed published and declared by the said testator Jesse Daniel Oglesby to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.

 A writing dated April 7th 1923, purporting to be the last will and testament of Jesse Daniel Oglesby deceased, a late resident of Oldham County was produced in open court and proven by the sworn testimony of P. S. Head, one of the subscribing witness thereto, who also proved the signature of J. Wood Yager, the other witness thereto to be the last will of said decedent. It is therefore adjudged that the said writing is the last will and testament of said decedent and is ordered to be recorded as such. This October 20th 1924
