Last Will and Testament of John B. Mount Jr.
I, John B Mount Jr., Route One, Box 231, Prospect, Kentucky, a citizen and resident of Oldham County, Kentucky, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do herby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, herby revoking any former will or testament made by me.
Item One: I nominate my beloved wife, Letty W Mount, as executrix of my will and estate, and request that she be permitted to qualify as such without surety on her bond. I empower my executrix or any other duly qualified personal representative of my estate, to sell and convey all or any part of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, without order of Court. I direct my personal representative to pay my just debts and final expenses as soon after my death as may be practicable.
Item Two: I herby devise and bequeath all of my estate remaining after payment of my just debts and final expenses to my beloved wife, Letty W Mount, in fee simple.
Item Three: In the event my wife should die before I do, or in the event we should perish in the common disaster, or in such circumstances that the survivor as between us is not determinable, I then direct that my entire net estate shall pass and descend to our son, John B Mount III, presently of Route One, Box 230, Prospect, Kentucky.

We the undersigned, do hereby certify that the foregoing will was signed and acknowledged before us by John B. Mount, Jr., as and for his last will and testament, and that we did then sign the same as testamentary witnesses, in his presence and in the presence of each other, this the same date last above written.

This day produced in court an instrument of writing dated October 24, 1972, purporting to be the last will and testament of John B Mount, Jr., last of Oldham County, who died testate June 27, 1974, resident thereof, and same was proved to be the last will and testament of said testator by the sworn testimony of Bernard B Davis, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, the other witness, Martha Munzer, not present. Whereupon, the same is established and adjudged by the Court to be the last will and testament of said testator and ordered to be recorded as such.
