Westfield, Indiana January 25, 1911
Last Will and Testament of Nathan D Baldwin. I, Nathan D Baldwin, in the town of Westfield, in the county of Hamilton, State of Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and testament, here by making all former wills made by me at any time void.
Item 1st: It being my will that all just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors herein after named out of the first money that shall come into their hands from my estate.
Item 2nd: Having a great love for and being personally attached to my grand children I hereby give and bequeath to each of them that may survive me the sum of twenty five ($25) dollars and I hereby direct my executors to cause such sums to be placed in one or more saving institutions to the credit of said grand children respectfully where the same will at least earn four per cent interest per anmum to be paid with the accumulation thereof to said grand children when they respectively each shall attain the age of twenty years.
Item 3rd: It is my will that after the above items shall have been satisfied the balance of my estate shall be owned and held in equal shares to with;- one share to my son Lincoln J Baldwin, and one share to my daughter, Mary B McKinley, and one share to my daughter, Ida B Jeffries, and one share to my daughter, Ellie D Brown, and one share to my son Arry G Baldwin, and one share to my grand daughter Hattie Louise Baldwin daughter of Linnaeus Baldwin, deceased.
Item 4th: In order that my executors may have the money with which to carry out the provisions of this will I hereby authorize, direct and empower them to sell and transfer all my personal property except such minor articles as may be select by my children for keepsakes and sell and convey or mortgage so much of my real estate as they may deem advisable and necessary to pay my debts, funeral expenses and the legacies above bequeathed.
Item 5th: I hereby nominate and appoint my son Lincoln J Baldwin and my daughter Mary B McKinley and my daughter Ida B Jeffries, and my daughter Ella D Brown, and my son Arry G Baldwin to be the executors of this my last will and testament authorize them to serve as executors without bond and confer upon them full and absolute power and authority mentioned in this will to sell and convey without the intervention of court, at such time and in such manner, and whether at private or public sale, as hey may deem advisable.
In Witness Whereof I herby set my hand and seal and declare this to be my last will and testament in the presence of these witnesses named below, this the twenty sixth day of January nineteen hundred and eleven.

Be it Remembered, That on the 27 day of February 1911 Irvin Stanley one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of Nathan D Baldwin late of said county, deceased, personally appeared before the clerk of the Circuit Court of Hamilton County, in the State of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the clerk of said Court, upon his oath, declared and testified as follows, that is to say: That on the 26 of January 1911 he saw the said Nathan D Baldwin sign his name to the said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament; and that this deponent, at the same time, heard the said Nathan D Baldwin declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing, was, at the same time, at the request of the said Nathan D Baldwin and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said Irvin Stanley and Calvin Keister in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Nathan D Baldwin was, at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing of aforesaid, of full age (that is more than twenty one years of age), and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says not.
