Of and concerning all that cottage or tenement with the peat house, garden or garth thereunto adjoining and belonging situate at Craggs in Low Bishopside aforesaid and then in the occupation of Isabella Cowling, the execution of the said will is witnessed by Richard Topham, Edward Kirkby and John Thwaites and the same is requested by John Cowling of Pateley Bridge in the county of York, gardener, one of the devisees therein mentioned.
