The last will and testament of William Wood, late of Low Bishopside in the parish of Ripon in the county of York, yeoman,
 being dated the 12th day of February 1825.

Of and concerning all that cottage or tenement with the peat house, garden or garth thereunto adjoining 
and belonging situate at Craggs in Low Bishopside aforesaid and then in the occupation of Isabella Cowling, 
the execution of the said will is witnessed by Richard Topham, Edward Kirkby and John Thwaites and the same 
is requested by John Cowling of Pateley Bridge in the county of York, gardener, one of the devisees therein mentioned.
