I, John Barber of Lowbishopside in the liberty of Ripon and country of York, yeoman.... to my son, John Barber all my copyhold estate lying in Lowbishopside commonly called Tipladies....and give to my loving wife Katherine Barber Six poiunds....Then I give and bequeth to my daughter Sarah, now the wife of John Grainger Five Shillings... I give unto my daughter Judith now the wife of Thomas Lupton Five shillings... And lastly I hereby make and appoint my son John Barber full executor of this my last will & testament....
