Additional Information

There were 2 David Parkinson's listed in the Pateley Bridge electors list of 1835 , presumably one was this David.
The other may have been his nephew (1798-1891 son of James Parkinson & Elizabeth Wood who married Mary Brooks and was a boot/shoemaker).
James Parkinson is also mentioned - this was probably his brother, who was a Blacksmith.

David Parkinson lived in Bewerley and some property was inherited by his eldest grandson John Parkinson Cowling, mentioned in a deed in 1870 (see details under entry for David Lupton Cowling)
