ARMS:..Argent (silver), a griffin Vert (green) and a lion rampant Azure (blue) crowned Argent (silver), both combatant, quartering Chequey Or (gold) and Azure (blue), on a bend Gules (red), three lions passant of the first (i.e., gold), for Warren.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:..I doubt seriously the lion is crowned with a silver crown, because you're not suppose to have a metal charge (i.e., an object like a crown) placed upon a metal background (field)...If this crown is silver on a silver background, then .... there'd be no way of seeing that the lion was crowned when viewing the shield at a distance (i.e., across a battlefield).
