WAPEN:..Ingeboe kepersgewys verdeel van blou en silwer, regs 'n afgerukte swaankop en hals van silwer, goud gebek, tussen twee afgewende vleuels van silwer, links 'n aansiende halwe engel van silwer, goud gekroon, in die skildvoet 'n blou fleur-de-lys, die middelste blad oorlaai met 'n proteablom van natuurlike kleur; die geheel binne-in 'n streep-binnesoom van silwer.
HELMTEKEN:..Op 'n helmkroon van drie rose en twee drieblare, alles goud, versier met juwele van natuurlike kleur, 'n klimmende leeu van silwer, rooi getong en genael, wat die mas van die Duitse S.M.S.
EMDEN waarvan die Duitse Imperiale Vlootvlag wapper, ondersteun.
DEKKLEDE:..Silwer en blou.
WAPENSPREUK:..DILIGERE PERSEVERARE.
ARMS:..Per chevron ploye Azure and Argent, dexter a swan's head and neck erased Argent, beaked Or, between two wings addorsed Argent; sinister, a demi-angel affronte Argent crowned Or; in base a fleur-de-lys Azure, the centre petal occulted by a protea flower proper; the whole within a tressure Argent.
CREST:..On a crest coronet of three roses and two trefoils Or, jewelled proper, a lion rampant Argent, armed and langued Gules, supporting the mast of the German S.M.S. EMDEN from which is flying the German Imperial Naval Ensign.
MANTLING:..Argent and Azure.
