McDonald PA Record
The veterans of the Civil War, of whom there remain but about fifteen in
this locality, are arranging to observed Memorial Day by going to the
cemetery on the Morning of the 30th. It is likely that the Automobile
Club will convey them there in machines. The Woman's Club will entertain
them at dinner, and altogher it should prove an enjoyable day for the
worthy old soldiers.
