Mr. and Mrs. Jacob STEINMILLER and daughter spent the weekend
visiting at the home of Mrs. STEINMILLER's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Steve
SABO in Mather [Pa].
Sadie LORIA of Clarksburg, W. Va., is visiting at the home of Miss
Josephine GRECO on Sampson street, where she will spend a week.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert CARRINO are the proud parents of an eight pound
son, born last Thursday at their home on Broad avenue. Mrs.
CARRINO will be remembered as the former Miss Thelma DAYNER.
Jimmie VOLPI of Market street attended the Pittsburgh-Boston baseball
game at Forbes Field on Sunday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Deno ANDRIOLI ?, who have spent the past week visiting
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carl SEGHI ? SEIGHT ? have returned to their
home in Detroit, Michigan.
Mrs. William BUSH and daughter, Myrtle Eileen have returned to their
home on Graham street, after having visited with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph
WHATTLEY in Homestead, and Rev. and Mrs. Walter McCULLOCH in Irwin [Pa].
Mrs. Madeline BURROWS and Mrs. Yola NEIL of Speer street spent Friday
evening visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jay McFALL in Monessen.
Miss Sara Lou McEWEB has returned to her home in Fayette City, after
having spent the past month visiting at Ohiopyle.
Miss Dorothea THOMPSON, of Johannasburg, a teacher in the North Belle
Vernon High School, spent the weekend visiting at the home of Dr. and
Mrs. James H. WILSON on Broad avenue.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas JOHNSTON of State street visited recently with
the latter's parents. Mr. and Mrs. J. Frank LONG in Monongahela.
Mrs. Mary HAIGH of Pittsburgh spent Sunday visiting with her sister,
Mrs. Dorothy McGARTH in North Belle Vernon.
Frank KOSIK, Albert SEDLAK, and Steve POPELLA, attended the
Pittsburgh-Boston baseball game at Forbes Field on Sunday afternoon.
Mrs. Albert LUPORI and Miss Pauline LUPORI have returned from a
week's vacation in Baltimore, Maryland, where they visited with Miss
Fannie LUPORI and friends. |
