Wash Hi Gridders Open at Drill Camp Wednesday Washington, Pa., Aug. 20 -- With only one letterman returning and faced with a tough nine-game schedule that includes seven Class AA contests, Head Coach Bill AMOS and Assistant Coaches Morky ARMSTRONG and Phil BERRY will lead a 25-man squad to Camp Buffalo Wednesday for the start of football practice. According to PIAA rules, practice can be started the last week of August and the local mentors plan to get drills under way the first day. |
