Eagle Scouts Honored At Washington Fete
Washington-Greene Council, Boy Scouts of America, held its sixth
annual Eagle Appreciation Dinner recently in the Hotel George
Washington, Washington.
Forty-two Eagle Scouts from the council were honored by industrial and civic leaders and representatives of various professions
throughout the two-county area.
The Dinner is held each year so that Eagle Scouts may learn more about their future careers. Each Scout has the opportunity to spend
a day with a representative in his future vocational field.
