The following
lists are from WW Munsell's History
of Morris County, p339-41.
The Presbyterian Church at Rockaway Village is
one of the oldest church organizations in the county.
The Rockaway Presbyterian church was for many years the
only church in the township, and its history dates back
to the early part of the eighteenth century, although no
church organization or building was in existence until
about the year 1758.
The following is a list of the elders of the church, as
compiled by Rev. Mr. Platter.
