ASSOCIATIONS
This section is devoted to any
Family Associations you may have formed to honor our EDDY
ancestors.
If you would like to submit
EDDY Family Association notices of any kind, please send
them to me at the address below, putting EDDY FAMILY
ASSOCIATIONS in the subject line, and we will make
arrangements for your information to appear in this
section.
If you're interested in forming a Family Association, the
following is a guideline:
The purposes of the _____ Family Association are as
follows:
1. To promote study and development of genealogical
information
on the descendants and/or the spouses of ______ ______.
2. To conduct and/or sponsor research on the direct
descendants
of _____ _____ and associated families.
3. To make available the results of said research for the
benefit
of members and the general public.
4. To identify, restore, and preserve artifacts,
manuscripts, or real property
of historical interest related to the _____ Family.
5. To arrange meetings, reunions, and such other social
activities
which may bring all elements of the Family closer
together,
including publication of a Family Newsletter.
NOTE: This Association shall not engage in politics or
business for profit.
