To all people to whom these presents shall come.

Davis Carrie and Elizabeth his wife asignes of Frederick Hetrick and Elizabeth his wife late Elizabeth Doverspike, John Milliron and Mary his wife late Mary Doverspike, John Hetrick and Christina his wife late Christina Doverspike, Daniel Roads and Rebecca his wife late Rebecca Doverspike, Price Taylor and Juliann his wife late Juliann Doverspike, Henry Doverspike and Lydia his wife, George Doverspike and Elizabeth his wife, Joseph Smith and Margret his wife, asignes of Daniel Doverspike, and Philip Doverspike legal heirs and represenatives of the Estate of Henry Doverspike (deceased) late of Porter Township Clarion County and State of Pennsylvania Senouth Greeting.

Know ye that the said heirs of Henry Doverspike (deceased) for and in consideration of ........dollars hath remised released and forever quite-claimed by these presents doth for themselves and their heirs release and forever quite-claim unto John Doverspike of Porter Township Clarion County and State of Pennsylvania and to his heirs and assigns forever all the estate rights title interest claims and demand whatsoever them the said heirs of Henry Doverspike as above mentioned of in or to all that message or tract of land situated and lying in Porter Township Clarion County and State of Pennsylvania bounded as follows to viz:

On the south of Red Bank Creek on the west by the Town of New Bethlehem on the north by lands now in possession of Amos Mercer in the east by lands of Nathanuel Maline and Jacob Strazer containing sixty six acers be the same more or less.

It being part of a large tract of land coveyed by E. Huling by deed dated the twenty first day of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty one and Recorded In Armstrong County Book Vol 4 Page 291 unto Ann Wickoff and from Ann Wickoff by deed dated the first day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty one and Recorded in Armstrong County in Book 7th Page 286-287 unto Henry Doverspike as aforesaid with appurtenances and also to have and to hold the said message tract of land as above mentiond unto said John Doverspike his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Doverspike his heirs and assigns forever.

So niether the said heirs of the afore said Henry Doverspike (deceased) nor their heirs nor any other person or persons for themselves or their heirs or in any of their names or right shall or may by any ways or means whatsoever at anytime hereafter claim challenge or demand any estate rights title interest of in or to the said message lands and premises or any part thereof as above mentioned.

But from every action estate right title interest and claim and demand of in and to the said premises or any part or parcel thereof they and every of them shall forever bound by these presents.

And the heirs of Henry Doverspike (deceased) as above mentioned and their heirs the message lands hereditaments and premises with appurtenances to the said John Doverspike his heirs ans assigns against them the said legal heirs and represenatives of the aforesaid Henry Doverspike (deceased) and their heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend.

In witness as the said Davis Carrie and Elizabeth his wife, John Milliron and Mary his wife, Daniel Roads and Rebecca his wife, Price Taylor and Juliann his wife, Jacob Pence and Lydia his wife, George Henry Doverspike and Lydia his wife, George Doverspike and Elizabeth his wife, Joseph Smith and Maragret his wife, and Philip Doverspike hath hereto sit our hands and seals the first day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and fourty eight.

Personally appeared the above named Joseph Smith and Margaret his wife and in due form ackknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and desire the same might be recorded as such.

She the said Margaret being of full age and by me examined separately and apart from her said husband. She did declare she did of her own free will sign seal and deliever the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.

Given under my hand and seal the first day of February one thousand eight hundred and fourty eight.

Personally appeared before me a Justic of the Peace in and for the said County John Hetrick and Christina his wife John Milliron and Mary his wife Fredrick Hetrick and Elizabeth his wife Price Taylor and July his wife George Doverspike and Elizabeth his wife Jacob Pence and Lydia his wife Philip Doverspike and ackknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed and desire the same might be rcorded

They the said Christina, Mary, Elizabeth, July, and Eizabeth, Lydia, being full age and by me examine seperate and apart from their said husbands and the contents of the written Indenture made fully know whereas they declared that they did of their own free will and accord and as there act and deed signed sealed and delivered the same with out any coercion or compulsion of their said husbands.

Personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace in and for the said County the above named Henry Doverspike and Lydia his wife and Acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed and as such disire the same to be know.

She the Lydia being of full age and by me examined seprate and apart from her said husband and the full contents of the above Indenture made know and to her declared that she did of her own free will and accord signed sealed and as her act and deed delivered the same without coercion or compulsion from her said husband.
