Clarion County, ss:

Before me, S. S. Laughlin, Register of Wills, in and for said County, personaly came Mary H. Doverspike, of the Township of Red Bank in the County of Clarion, who being sworn according to law, says:

That she was acquainted with Joseph Doverspike late of the Township of Red Bank in said County, deceased; that she was present at his death, and that he died at Red Bank Township Clarion County Pa on the 23rd day of November A. D. 1896 at about 11. 25 o'clock P. M. of said day.

Know All Men By These Presents

That We Mary H. Doverspike, S. J. Hepler, Jessie E. Hepler are held firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars to be paid to said Commonwealth; to which payment well and truly be made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally for and in the whole, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated the 15th day of December A. D. 1896

The Condition of this Obligation is, That if the above bounded Admistrators of all and singulars the goods, chattels and credits of Joseph Doverspike, deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singulars the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, which have come, or shall come to the hands and possession or knowledge of her the said Mary H. Doverspike or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her to well and truly administer according to law, and further do make or cause to be made, a just and true account of her said Administration, within one year from date hereof, or when hereunto legally required, and all the rest and residue, of the said goods, chattels and credits, which shall be found remaning upon the said aministrat account the same being first examined and allowed by the Orphan's Court of the County having jurisdiction, shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons as the said Orphans' Court by their decree of sentence, pursuant to law, shall limit and appoint, and shall well and truly comply with the laws of this Commonwealth reluting to collateral inheritance, and if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the deceased, and the same shall be proved according to law, if the said Mary H. Doverspike being thereunto required, do surrender the said Letter of Administration into the Register's Office aforesaid, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force.

Mary H. Doverspike do swear that as administratix of the estate of Joseph Doverspike, deceased I will well and truly administer the goods, chattels, rights and credits of said deceased according to law, and also will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of law relating to collateral inheritance."
