Between Harry A. Doverspike and Annia W. Doverspike his wife, John E. Hetrick and Martha J. Hetrick his wife, Clyde M. Doverspike and Marguerite Doverspike his wife, Clark E. Doverspike and Ida Doverspike his wife, Joseph N. Schaffer and Mary Etta Schaffer, his wife, Turn Buffington and Minnie Cora Buffington his wife, Boyd Kunselman and Abbie Maude Kunselman his wife, Howard Schumacker and Helen Schumacker his wife, all of the State of Pennsylvania, and Joseph Cotteral and Luella J. Cotterel his wife, of Los Angeles California, parties of the first part, and Sarah May Doverspike of New Salem Township of Red Bank Armstrong County Pennsylvania party of the second part.
Witnesseth:
That the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of sixteen hundred ($1600.00) Dollars to them now paid by the said party of the second part, do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said party of the second part her heirs and assigns.
All those two certain lots or pieces of ground situated in the Village of New Salem in the Township of Red Bank County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania.
Being lots numbered (2) and (3) in the plan of lots of said Village of New Salem and together.
Bounded and discribed as follows to wit:
On the north by Mount Alley on the east by Main Street in said Village of New Salem on the south by lot number (4) in said plain being conveyed to E. S. Kunselman (formerly belonging to Mrs William Brocious) and on the west by lands of W. E. Miller (formerly Adam Miller) and being the same lots or piece of ground sold to George P. Gruver and wife dated May 1918 and recorded in the Recorders Office of Armstrong County Pennsylvania in Deed Book Vol 193 Page 23 unto Abbie A. Doverspike who died March 14 1927 a widow intestate leaving to survie her as heirs at law to wit:
Harry A. Doverspike, Martha J. Hetrick, Clyde M. Doverspike, Luella J. Cotterel, Clark E. Doverspike, Mary Etta Schaffer, Minnie Cora Buffington, Abbie Maude Kunselman, Helen Marie Schmacker and Sarah Mae Doverspike with the appurtenaces.
To Have And To Hold the same unto and for the use of said party of the second part her heirs and assigns Forever.
And the said parties of the first part for themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators covenant with the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns against all lawfully claiming the same and every part thereof,
To Warrant And Defend.

Cotterel and Luella J. Cotterel know to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the within Instrument, and acknowledge to me that they executed the same.
