THOMAS C. MCSPADDEN was born between 1690 and 1700, in Ulster County, Andtrim Ireland. He died in Virginia. THOMAS married MARY, and they had three known children. Two of the boys came to America with them. There was a SAMUEL MCSPADDEN in the area at the right time, and he may be one of them.

THOMAS C. and MARY were my great great great great great great Grandparents.

GENERATION #2

THOMAS MCSPADDEN was born in Ulster County Antrim, Ireland, and died in 1765, at Lexington Augustus County Virginia. He was buried at Timber Ridge P.R.C.H., Augusta County Virginia. He married DOROTHY EDMINSTON in 1743 at Timber Ridge Augusta County Virginia. THOMAS. and DOROTHY were my great great great great great
Grandparents.

DOROTHY was the daughter of ROBERT and JEAN EDMINSTON. They were my great great great great great great Grandparents.

SARAH was born in 1745 and died in 1820 at Lodi, Virginia. She married GIDEON FARRIS, son of WILLIAM and DOROTHY FARRIS. More on WILLIAM & DOROTHY, and GIDEON & SARAH, on the FARRIS FAMILY TREE. SARAH and Gideon were my great great great great Grandparent, and WILLIAM and DOROTHY were my great great great great great Grandparents., who came from Ireland.

ALEXANDER was born in 1746, and died September, 1787 at Turkey Creek, South Carolina

THOMAS C. JR., was born March 12, 1748 in Virginia, and died May 11, 1833 in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

ARCHIBALD was born in Virginia, in March, 1750, and died in 1840 in Redbud, Georgia. He married MARY AMANDA SCOTT, who was born in 1775.

JOHN was born in March, 1771 in Virginia, and died in Dandridge, Tennessee in 1798. He married ESTHER THOMPSON.

ISABELL (ISOBEL) was born in Virginia in 1752, and died there in 1820. She married ANDREW MALCOLMSON.

MOSES, born in Virginia in 1754, and died August 14, 1827 in Virginia. He married SARAH WHITESIDES in Virginia in 1776.

SAMUEL was born October 19, 1756 in Virginia, and died August 5, 1844 in Dandridge, Tennessee. He was married three times—to POLLY BERRY; to SARAH KEYES; and NANCY HARRIS.

MARGARET was born in Virginia in 1758. Death date unknown, in Georgia. She married ISAAC EDMONSTON, son of ROBERT EDMONSTON.

WILLIAM was born in 1760. He owned a sawmill in Washington County, Virginia
