You're FIRST Generation as far as I am concerned... Your parents are immigrants. They may have Canadian citizenships but they are Chinese by birth. Americans might see it differently because you have to denounce all ties to other countries when you become a US citizen. So, in effect becoming 'naturalized' (i.e. a citizen of the US), means that you would be considered 2nd generation since your parents would have been fist generation to be naturalized.
