Was your mother born in Cuba? If so, the birth certificate identified her grandmother as well? This is rather unusual, most times only the parents' names are shown. You sure surname Kwong (Cantonese) is written in Spanish as Cuan? It may be for surname Kwan (Cantonese). Was your ggm's personal name written as Yi or Ley? Or was it Yi Ley? Both can be women's names.
As for your ggf's name, what was the document where YatChan was shown?
