as far as i know. san miguel de mayumo used to be part of pampanga. the same as some parts of tarlac. that is propbably why there are as many tecsons in pampanga as well as san miguel.
but more importantly most are not related because as we all know this was a decree of gov. claveria to give us names we don't own.
it will help if we are to detail what town of the province our ancestors came from and the maternal surnames.
my grandfather is jesus tecson david from sibul, san miguel, bulacan.
