: I'm guessing, but your surname is probably Loong in Cantonese which means dragon. To be absolutely sure, I'd need to see your surname chinese character.
It could also be Leung means wooden beam. As it was said before you would really need the character to know for sure. It would also help if you knew what village he came from as there were villages that were all from the same clan.
