My grandfather's was a moye and his relatives came from Ireland. From what we have been able to come up with is there was two Moyes that came over from Ireland, a father and a son. The father died enroute and was buried at sea but we havent been able to figure out where the son landed or when any info you have we would appreciate. There is about 15 variations of the name moye according to We also have a coat of arms listed on Would like to hear more from you.
