Your Chinese written document is a three generation Jee family tree and you are very lucky to have it. The relationships are as follows (using the same transliterations): gggf's name Jee Poi Jung; ggf Jee Young Fey; gf Jee Sun Young, and your older great uncle Jee Sun Lai. Your gggf also had three daughters (your ggaunts), Jee Gum Fong, Jee Gum May and Jee Gum Ling; they are the only ones with descendants left in China today, since your gf and great uncle were the only sons and both left for America.
Your gggf came from Hoi Peng district, Yang Lo Town, Jee Wo Village, Chang On hamlet (not road). The hamlet of Chang On Lee is still there. The province is Guangdong, not Canton, which is the English name for the city of Guangzhou.
Surname Jee means red/vermillion. Sorry to say not all the English transliterations given are accurate. Hope this helps.
