I just recently went to my family's ancestral village near Kaiping, in Guangdong Province. I would like to get more information regarding the Lee family from QiaoWei Village (in Taishanese, pronounced like "que-may tun". My great-grandfather, Lee Ah Jing (Li3 Guo2 Zhen1 in Pinyin) was the first immigrant to my knowledge, to Pittsburgh, PA
The family "zu pu" was destroyed in the Cultural Revolution, but I would like to reconstruct as much as possible, including the original ancestor, as well as the generation levels.
I have some pictures available, including the 14 character poem in the village worship house if this helps..
Please contact me if you have any information. Thank you
