okay, there should be English records on Lee Shu Fong. First, if he was a naturalized US citizen, there's probably an immigration file on him.Call US Immigration/Naturalization for Form G639. You'll want to request the whole file , ie. immigration...naturalization. The US will do the search & coping at a nominal fee which is stated on the form.
