I am researching the above two names.

CHUNG Tung Lin was from Chung Sheng in Kwang Tung China. His son CHUNG Hsing Fah came to Malaya during the time of famine. Hsing Fah brought his eldest son, Chung Keng Sing. My great grand father, CHUNG Keng Quee (aka Chung Ah Kwee, Chung Keng Kwee, Chung Keng Kooi, Chung Kwee etc) left China to look for his father who was unheard from for several years. Keng Quee became successful in Malaya and was both a political leader and a leader in business (tin mining). He was head of the Hai San Triad and was awarded Mandarin 2nd Rank. He was made a Kapitan China. Keng Quee was the third of four sons. Keng Quee had several sons one of whom was my grandfather Chung Thye Phin.

SEOW Chye Watt originated from Fukien (Amoy / Shiamen / Xian). He had two sons I know of, SEOW Poh Kooi and Seow Poh Leng. Poh Leng was my great grand father. Poh Leng was a bank comprador as was his son (my grandfather) after him. Poh Leng married twice. His maiirage to Lilian Luck Neo Tan produced my grandfather Duke Seow Sieu Jin and my grand aunts Amy Seow and Betty Seow.
