Hi, Jen!

Glad you found the postings on the Seto/Szeto/Situ family clan name interesting and informative. Overall, the Seto clan appears to have done quite well wherever they migrated to. For your information, the Chinese family clan association for both your surname and mine (Seid/Sit) is called Fung Lun (or a similar transliteration), and it exists in many major cities in the world where we have/had a sizeable population. However, the family associations have outlived its original purpose which was to assist newly-arived Chinese immigrants in adjusting to his new environment, and many are not so active today and are run by the elderly. Nonetheless, it may be worthwhile for you to visit the association if one exists in your area.

Good luck,
Raymond
