On September 11, 2002 The Kratzer Elementary School, Allentown, Pennsylvania commemorated the one year anniversary of 9/11 by conducting a special flag raising ceremony will all members of the school staff and student body participating. A select few Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts within the student body were chosen to serve as the Color Guard for this ceremony. One of the Cub Scouts so honored was Sebastian Pompa, age 8.
