Bowen family web

I began this timeline as a way to organize births, deaths, marriages &census information etc. into an order that makes it easier to place persons in their correct spots in time, it has helped me to correct and organize and eliminate some confusion. This is a work in progress. My goal is to have only Bowen family members that are related to my line. My line came from Bertie County North Carolina,White & Jefferson Counties, Illinois and Tennessee then eventually some ended up in Caldwell, Lavaca, Bexar, & Dewitt Counties in Texas. In an effort to organize I am placing all Bowen info I find from those counties on this timeline page. This is a Historical Timeline and genealogical worksheet to help me put people in their proper order.I am also adding some interesting historical facts or links to other relative on site info I have found.

Notes: Anything in Blue I have a question maybe some contradictory or incomlete info. Anything blue underlined is a link. Anything in Green is census info. Red indicates Historical information as " perspective".
