| At the Request of Jonathan
Thomas the following Deed was recorded the 24th day of November Anno Domini 1802 ~ this Indenture made this nineteenth day of October in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and two. Between Vincent Carrico of New Spain in the upper Lusianna of the one part, and Jonathan Thomas of Charles County in the State of Maryland, of the other part Witnefseth that the said Vincent Carrico for and in consideration of the sum of Ninety three pounds Fifteen Shillings Current Money of the State of Maryland to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof I the said Vincent Carrico do hereby acknowledge and confefs, and the said Jonathan thomas his heirs Executors and admin -strators by these presents thereof and therefrom forever acquitted released and discharged, have granted bargained and sold aliended enfeoffed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant bargain and sell aline enfeoff and confirm unto the said Jonathan Thomas his heirs and afsigns forever, twenty six Acres and one hundred and five perches of land lying and being in Charles County aforesaid, being a part of a tract of land called Hagans Chance lying and being in the County aforesaid, Begining at |

| the end of the first line of the
whole tract of the said land runs thence North sixty four degrees East thrity two perches, then South Seventy six degrees thrity minutes East seven perches, then Northy Sixty seven degrees thrity minutes east twenty five perches, then south Sixty Eight degrees East twenty three perches, then North Fifty Degrees twlve minutes East ten perches, then North Seventy degrees eighteen minutes west Sixty perches, then North twenty one degrees Forty two minutes East thirty four perches, then South Eighty four degrees twenty seven minutes west Eighty five perches, then with a straight line to the begining, containing twenty six acres and one hundred and five perches of land, together with all the rights priviledges profits and appurtinances thereunto belonging to the said Vincent Carrico or in any wise appertaining To Have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of land premises hereby intended to be bargained for and sold, as aforesaid, unto him the said Jonathan Thomas his heirs Executors adminstrators and afsigns. And the said Vincent Carrico for himself his heirs Executors and administrators do covenant and agree to and with the said Jonathan Thomas his his heirs Executors administrators and afsigns, that the aforesaid parcel of land premises and appurtinances and every part and parcel thereof are free and clear and freely and clearly acquitted and discharged to and from the said Vincent Carrico himself his heirs Executors and administrators do hereby further convey and grant to and with the aforesaid Jonathan Thomas his heirs and afsigns, that he the said Vincent Carrico his heirs Executors administrators and afsigns the aforesaid land and primises by these presents bargained and sold all his right title and Interest. In Witnefs whereof the said Vincent Carrico hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written ~
Be it Remembered that on the 19th day of October 1802 Came Vincent Carrico party to the within Instruments of Conveying before the Subscribers two Justices of the peace for Charles County and acknowledged the same to be his Act and deed, and the land with its appurtinances therein bargained and sold, to be the right title property and Fee Simple Estate |
