Carrico's Hope and bounded as follows Beginning at a bounded white white oak
Locust fresh standing wherein a bounded Red Oak of the said Maidstone formerly stood
running thence south Fifty seven degrees West Eighty Eight pur then North West and
by west forty per then North sixteen degrees East Twenty pur then North Twenty
seven degrees west forty per then North Sixty seven degrees West Sixty Eight per then
North Twenty Degrees East Seventy four per then South Seventy degrees East Six
