Ozias W. Bertram

OZIAS W. BERTRAM was born October 9, 1872, in Sunnybrook, Wayne County, Kentucky, to Jesse A. Bertram and Mariah H. Matthews Manning. He was a schoolteacher and married Lillie Wayne Dalton (1880 - 1973) on January 5. 1899. She was the daughter of Phillip Dalton and Sarah Isabel Hurt.
