My ancestors in the Fissler family are very short. I've found a F. Fissler in the Burnet County Texas records around the mid 1800's, but I can not connect it to the two Fissler sisters I have in my tree - Christiana Otilia Fissler and Pauline Fissler.

Christiana Otilia Fissler was born in Germany on April 29, 1839, and died on June 14, 1897 at Cypress Mill, in Blanco County, Texas. She married to "Amand" Struve on December 25, 1871 in Burnet, Burnet County, Texas. Their family is listed on the Struve page.
